Del Dominates at May Monthly
Despite the added challenge of some new tee placements on the back nine, Del Silva shot a dominating round of 46 with no bogies. Even with his ADD 4 handicap, Del managed an amazing net score of 50 to win the May monthly. Bryan, Felix and John all tied with rounds of three under after their handicap. Bryan won the CTP playoff for second while Felix and John finished third and fourth, respectively. Jack shot a raw score of 49, despite teeing twice from the alternate 3 hole and carding an out of bounds penalty. Jack finished fifth for the day.
Jim won the CTP cash with his drive on hole nine, but it was probably his (my) only decent throw of the day. Tyler Webster was visiting and played in his first Chainracker Monthly. The ace pool for the monthly tournament is now at $79.
John and Jim are considering adding an extra nine tee positions for the June Monthly and playing a 27 hole tournament. This means that each hole would be played three times with three different tee positions per hole. More news on next month’s tournament will be added to this website in the coming weeks.

Ah B-ME. I consider one of my roles as official tournament reporter and lacky to be inflating the egos of tournament winners.
Okay, the court is now in session. Since the word ego was mentioned I feel obligated to put my two cents in, (now don’t make replies regarding my sense).
Props to all discers that attend any Chainracker gathering. Just to watch the flight of the plastic,( yes, Clay even your griplocks off to the right are fun to watch–but sorry Jim, your low putts are not as enjoyable) is a pleasure in itself.

well I wouldnt say Deldo dominated he only won by 1 stroke and we both shot a bogey free round. Deldo shot great and has my congrats but Him far from dominated the field. most of us can barely tolerate Him as it is, so you shouldn’t blow up Him’s ego any more than possible. thank Hammer,Feeelix,Gkiller,Him,You and Me
